1950s books on head training

Thankfully, this is NOT why I want books for Christmas.

When I was younger, I used to hate getting books for Christmas. My thoughtful parents would always get me and my brothers classical literature to expand our knowledge, but we just never really appreciated it until recently. Now that we're all a little older (and hopefully wiser), we really enjoy receiving books as gifts. They're filled with new knowledge and transport you to different worlds.

I'm a bit of an escapist whether its through movies or books so I really enjoy reading fictional books. But now with my growing interest in home decorating and entertaining, I've found that by reading books on these subjects I can learn so much.

The compilation below is not 100% on home decorating, rather it provides inspiration. From food to fashion, I get inspired by anything and everything; I don't limit myself to looking through just home decorating books.

Domino Magazine
Any and all issues of Domino would also be very welcomed. I never got a chance to read their magazine but would love to get as many issues as possible. Ebay has a few sellers that offer it in lots so you get more than one issue. Amazon also sells them too but individually. Yes, I've been doing my homework on this.
