It's been awhile since I created a board solely on home items, so I figured it was time I share some of my latest obsessions. I know I've been talking about getting a new sofa/sectional for awhile now (I probably sound like a broken record, sorry!), but because we got plantation shutters, we decided to put the brakes on any other major home purchases. So that means we have to wait for the sofa to literally fall a part (which could happen any day now considering the squeaky noise it makes every time we adjust ourselves on it) before buying a new one. I'm kind of glad about that (shh, don't tell Steve I said that!) because it gives me (and him) more time to decide what kind of sofa/sectional situation we want in our living room. But I am loving the lines on this Serena & Lily Spruce Street sectional. The somewhat tapered back, exposed legs, and nailheads are a perfect combination of clean, elegant, and comfort all mixed in one. And the simple lines and exposed legs are great for keeping the space more on the light side, especially with such a large piece of furniture in the space. And that's exactly what I need/want for our living room. I don't want it to feel too cramped but I would love a sectional for comfort since we spend a ton of time in that room.

How adorable are those "Pace Yourself" Cocktail Napkins? Perfectly colorful and cheeky for all of the cocktail parties and fun gatherings you'll have this summer. The other day I went into Target just for a few necessities and came out with said necessities plus that Nate Berkus Gold Mirrored Decorative Tray. I've been eye'ing it for some time now and it was finally on clearance so it was meant to be that I pick it up, right? And can we talk about that Jaguar mural?? I found the company, anewall, via Instagram a few days ago and checked out their site and instantly fell in love with this. I'm going to have to convince the hubby that this will work on the lone wall in our dining room. I think it'll add that unexpected joie de vivre that the space needs. Plus, it works so well with the black & white thing we've got going on.

Any favorites here? What do you guys think of the jaguar mural? Would you put something like that in your home?
