Here it is guys! Steve's very first (and hopefully not last!) outfit post! I've always toyed with the idea of having Steve do some outfit posts on here, but just never really followed through with it. Until now. When Ledbury contacted me (and Steve) about having him model one of their shirts for Father's Day, I thought it was the perfect opportunity to 1) work with a great brand and 2) to show-pony him a bit. Plus, I was loving the idea of being on the other side of the camera. I mean, I know I normally do when I photograph Cora, but to flip the switch on Steve since he's my photographer for my outfit posts sounded like a lot of fun.
Both Steve and I had heard of Ledbury, but never had the chance for him to try any of their clothes on. But we are now converts of the brand. Steve really loves the quality of the shirts and choices they offer on their site. And the fact that they are all about great quality and fit resonates with Steve's views on clothes buying. For as long as I've known him, he's always believed that it's worth spending a little more to get the best quality then to spend a little and get little in return. And I can tell you that almost everything he's ever purchased, from clothes to tech gear, has all held up over the past 12 years that I've known him. Heck, he's still got a North Face jacket in near mint condition that he's had since he was in high school!
So, if you're wondering what to get the man(men) in your life for Father's Day, may I suggest a great piece from Ledbury? The quality, fit, and style are from the best - their clothes come from Italian textile mills and are made in small European workshops. Doesn't get much better than that, eh?
Without further ado, here's my show pony.
