Every year around this time, I find myself shopping around for coverups. Not because I don't like the ones I currently have, but it's just nice to get something different. Right? Especially when you've got trips coming up and you just want a refresh. Well, before we left for Florida, I was on the hunt for a new one. I really wanted one that wasn't what everyone else was wearing. Ya know, the typical kind where there's a drawstring in the middle, or ones with tassels in the back. Don't get me wrong, I like both kinds, I even have several of the drawstring kind, but I just was longing for something that I didn't have or seen that much before. And lo and behold, I found it!

It's actually a duster vest that isn't advertised as a coverup, but I knew it would work just great as one. And it did! I can't tell you how many compliments I got when we were on vacation and it really can go with a variety of bathing suits. That was my other thing, I needed one that would work with lots of different colors and styles and not make me look like a hodge podge mess. Plus, the long length of this one gives slightly more coverage yet stays a little sexy with the opening (or slit) in the front.

Oh, and the best part about this one is that it's just $60 ! So that's another great reason to pick this up for your next beach trip or if you just want to be prepared for Summer.
