I know I've said this before, but my goodness I think I'm ready for Fall to get here! It's another scorcher here (heat index of 107!!) and sweater weather cannot get here fast enough. I've really been trying to hold on to Summer because I was kind of traumatized with last year's winter. It felt like it was never going to end and that we were going to freeze forever. But with it being so hot that we can't even go to the pool because it's too hot (who says that??), I am now singing a different tune.

I'm sharing a Fall look that I can only daydream about wearing right now. I love when the weather gets cool enough that you can wear jeans, but it's not so cold that you can't wear open toe shoes. That's my kind of weather. And this right here is the kind of #ootd that I want to wear all the time. It's easy, comfy, and chic.

If you're friends with me on Snapchat (username: properhunt), you saw me try this top on at Nordstrom's a few weeks ago, and let me tell you. I am obsessed with it! I'm noticing (and gravitating towards) that one of the big trends for Fall is any kind of bell sleeves or blousy sleeves. It's very feminine and just adds a little oomph to a top or dress. And it's that very detail that drew me to this top. Paired with one of my favorite heels, this look is perfect for transitioning into Fall.

Oh, and a quick sale update on my sunnies. They're on sale for $28 and I cannot tell you how many people have come up to me to ask me where they're from. They really update any look I'm wearing (even my ugly lounge wear!) and are so light on my face (big bonus since I can't wear anything too heavy for long periods of time). I'm definitely getting a second pair just in case!
