With Fall arriving, I get really excited about decorating the house with Fall accents. I switch out my Spring/Summer decor to a more warmer palette so that the house feels cozier for the cold months ahead. My first task is always the tablescape and so far I've only gotten a new table runner and some mini gourds. It's a challenge since I don't have a clear vision of what I want on the table. I've been researching and every year I always look to the one person that EVERYONE (at least I think everyone) looks too for inspiration. Martha Stewart of course! I understand if you don't like her, but she is truly talented and I admire her for her creativity and design style.
She does great Fall decorations including Halloween which I have included below. Here are some images from her site that get me feeling crafty:

A great way to set the mood when people walk into the foyer/entry way.

Love how the white pumpkin acts as a vase.

Looks like a Cezanne painting, no?

I love incorporating fruit into centerpieces.

What a brilliant idea to place a mirror underneath your centerpieces. I can just picture the soft glow from the tea lights reflecting from the mirror.

C'est joli!
