Eat Drink Chic Holiday Freebie
So far, I've gotten most of my Christmas shopping done, with the exception of a few items to get. My husband, trying to be Eco-friendly, reused our Whole Foods paper bags as wrapping paper for the first few gifts he wrapped. Now, I am all for being Eco-friendly, but I told him we needed to add some color to the gifts so we got our butts to Michael's since all of their wrapping paper is on sale. Having picked up wrapping paper and bows last night, and finding some great options for gift tags, I'd say we're finally in good shape to get going with wrapping our gifts.
Some of these gift tags are free while others must be purchased. But, it's great cause once you've purchased them, they are sent to you digitally as soon as you pay (no waiting for it to get shipped!). I especially like Martha Stewart's Mitten and Stocking Gift Tags...

In the spirit of green wrapping, I was recently at a craft show where one of the vendors had taken old Christmas cards, cut them using a die cutter into circles or tag shapes, punched a whole, and put a ribbon through it for gift tags. They were really nifty and very clever.
That's brilliant! I'm going to have to try that out. Thanks for that tip!
