Palm Beach Girls Trip

The Colony Hotel

I cannot believe it's been over a month since my girls trip to Palm Beach! Going through the photos and writing this post, it just seemed like this happened last week! We had a great time exploring and enjoying Palm Beach, especially since none of us had ever been there before. But I certainly don't think it'll be the last time we'll go there, because it is absolutely one of the prettiest towns ever. All the decor everywhere was so chic and fun, and it just makes me want to re-do my house now.

We spent two nights there and stayed at the Marriott Oceana Palms which is about 25 minutes north of West Palm Beach. It was such a great hotel stay, from the spacious suite we were in, to all of the amenities that the hotel offered (the s'mores bar and daily happy hours!), we couldn't have asked for a better hotel for our trip.

Our friend Lindsey, had done a ton of research for us and found the restaurants we ate at, along with finding out the best places to walk & shop at. She also created an itinerary for us so that we'd be taking advantage of all that Palm Beach has to offer. I highly recommend creating an itinerary when you travel. It makes it so much easier once you get to your destination so you know what to do instead of figuring it out on the spot and wasting precious time. You're the best Linds!

Oh, one thing to note and I don't think I got a photo of it but we had booked massages at The Woodhouse Day Spa as our first activity after landing. And let me tell you, there is nothing like getting a massage at the beginning of a girls trip to really relax you and put you in vacay mode! All of us have children and leaving them is never an easy thing to do, it can be quite anxiety-ridden! But after we all got massages, it was so easy to relax and enjoy ourselves instead of worrying about the kiddos. Self-care in the form of a massage is one of the best ways to relax, I'm such a believer now!

Enough of me talking about it, scroll down to see the photos along with captions!

My airport look! Kept it really comfy in these jeans, sneakers, top, and jacket. And my Celine bag has become my go-to as my travel bag. It's so substantial and can hold so much!

The amazing view from our balcony.

Packed all the essentials. Shop it all here.

All dressed up for our dinner to Cafe Boulud. Wearing one of my favorite dresses, shoes, and earrings at the moment. My earrings and shoes are on major sale right now!

Dinner at Cafe Boulud was amazing! First of all, the decor is absolutely gorgeous. One of the most beautiful restaurants I've ever been to. Secondly, the food and service was top notch. Just breathtaking.

This is what greets you when you walk into The Colony Hotel. Simply perfection.

Ladies who lunch.

I mean, it just doesn't get any prettier than this, right?

So picture perfect.

I need to frame this pic, stat.

This makes me want this wallpaper in my house even more now that I've seen it in person done like this.

Strolling along Worth Avenue to walk off what we ate and to get some shopping in.

We stopped in Roller Rabbit and I fell in love with the whole store! I had never seen their pieces before and I was so glad we popped in here. I still regret not getting this dress.

Dying over this Gucci Sylvie leather mini bag.

This dress and everything else was absolutely stunning, like a work of art.

I took a pic of this in hopes that Steve might be on board to do something like this in our backyard since it's already mossy.

Everywhere you go, you seem to find the prettiest vignettes in Palm Beach. It's all so lush and smells so amazing.

Pit stop at Piccolos for gelato!

Such a gorgeous spot right outside front of Margaux NY.

Stumbled upon a Neely & Chloe trunk show in Margaux NY. They're collection of lady-like handbags is so good!

Dinner at Pizza Al Fresco was so good that this was the only picture I took! We were too busy enjoying ourselves! Oh, and fun tidbit, former Mayor Giuliani was sitting at the table next to us with his wife.

Welcome to The Breakers! We stopped for after dinner drinks and to check out the hotel since it's such a landmark in Palm Beach.

Need to come back during the day to see how spectacular this looks in daylight, right?

Funny story, the random girl who took this for us was a hoot! She took her time snapping pics of us, making sure no one was behind us, all the while making funny comments and making us laugh. Which is why we are grinning so hard here and in all the others that she took.
