It's almost the freakin' holiday weekend! Are you guys going anywhere? Every year we never plan to go anywhere and then when the holiday weekend comes, we're like "we should've planned something". But this year is kind of different. That's because we knew this was the earliest weekend we could pick up our new puppy, so we decided to (obviously) stay home and get acquainted with our new family member and get settled into a new routine.

Goodness knows how excited we all are about this new puppy, but boy am I nervous and scared as to how our routine will change. It's like having a new baby (nowhere near as stressful but still) and it's honestly going to be a lot of work but I know it's going to be amazing for our girls to have a puppy of their own. I mean Emma is their dog too but she's really mine and Steve's puppy since it was just the three of us for so long. But the girls have been wanting a dog to play and snuggle with and well if you know Emma, then you know she's really not into either of those things. We joke that she's more of a cat-dog more than a dog, hehe.

Anyways, getting back to the holiday weekend. The SALES. I mean the sales are so good! One of my favorite retailers, Anthropologie, is starting the weekend a little early with an additional 40% off their sale items and you know I scoured the sales to find the best pieces to share with you guys.

I'll also be sharing a Nordstrom's sale round up hopefully later today, depending on the moods of the girls. You never know with them after school. Anywho, happy shopping friends!
