Fashion Union Roll Neck Knitted Sweater / Old Navy Mid-rise Distressed Rockstar Jeans / J.Crew Strappy pointed-toe flats in velvet / Gucci Soho Shoulder Bag / Prada 54mm Cat Eye Sunglasses / Amelia Rose Designs Brushed Gold Cocktail Ring / Baublebar Signet Ring

Happy Monday! How did everyone do with daylight savings this past weekend? It surprisingly didn't wreck us, which was a big worry with the girls. Definitely want to make sure that they stay on a good sleep schedule, right mamas? I, for one, could use a little more sleep but that's never not been the case, haha.

To start the week off right, and because I barely blogged about anything last week (my apologies! It tends to happen when Steve is on business), I give you this cozy, blush look that is every bit as comfy as it looks. The sweater is an amazing deal at $43 and doesn't have any wool in it so it won't itch you like crazy. I'm one of those people that have sensitive skin when it comes to wools (even fine merino wool, boo), cashmeres (gasp! Crazy, I know), and angora (which I may be allergic to), and so it's always hard to find sweaters that I like that don't bother me during the colder months. Which brings me to want to shout on mountain tops when I do find a sweater that is soft, stylish, and doesn't break the bank.

I thought it would be a nice color story, albeit a casual one, to pair the barely blush sweater with my velvet blush flats. Now, I haven't really shared these flats all that much because they sold out as soon as they came out (I still have no idea how I was able to snag a pair) and didn't want to tease you guys with them since they were unavailable. Well, I'm happy to say that if any of you wear a size 8, they're in stock AND on sale!
